These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Summit Motors luxury transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

  • "Services" refers to luxury transportation provided by Summit Motors
  • "Client" means any person or entity booking our services
  • "Vehicle" includes all automobiles in our fleet
  • "Chauffeur" means our professional drivers
  • "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions
  • "We/Us/Our" refers to Summit Motors

SERVICE TERMS

Services are provided subject to:

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Accurate booking information must be provided
  • Services are for lawful purposes only
  • Clients are responsible for passenger conduct
  • Service availability subject to scheduling and fleet capacity
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Booking terms:

  • Advance booking required: Conference services (15 days), Pet services (48 hours), Night Market (24 hours)
  • Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, corporate accounts
  • Pricing includes vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, standard amenities
  • Additional charges may apply for route changes, wait time, special requests
  • Invoices issued within 48 hours of service completion
  • Payment due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Conference Services: 7 days notice for full refund, 3-7 days 50% charge, under 3 days full charge
  • Pet-Friendly Services: 24 hours notice for full refund, less than 24 hours 50% charge
  • Night Market Explorer: 12 hours notice for full refund, less than 12 hours 50% charge
  • Cancellations due to weather, vehicle breakdown, or emergencies: full refund or rescheduling
  • Client no-shows incur full service charge

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Clients may not:

  • Engage in illegal activities or transport prohibited items
  • Consume alcohol or controlled substances in vehicles
  • Smoke in any vehicle
  • Damage vehicle interior or equipment
  • Harass or behave inappropriately toward chauffeurs
  • Exceed vehicle passenger capacity
  • Transport hazardous materials without prior authorization

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Liability provisions:

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage for all vehicles
  • Liability limited to direct damages up to service value
  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Clients liable for vehicle damage caused by their actions
  • Personal belongings are client responsibility
  • Force majeure events exempt from liability

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Initial informal resolution attempts (30 days)
  • Mediation as second step if needed
  • Binding arbitration if necessary
  • Jurisdiction: Singapore courts
  • Applicable law: Singapore law
  • Legal fees borne by unsuccessful party

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes effective upon posting to website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
